1. Introduction
ALTEVITA Group, s. r. o. (hereinafter "the controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 on personal data protection. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

When you use the contact form on this website, we process the following data:

We retain personal data from the contact form for the time necessary to process your inquiry, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication. In the case of a contract, the retention period follows applicable legal requirements (e.g. accounting law – 10 years).
